Account terms

An account is used for Chat beyond the anonymous limit and for moderated community submissions.

• Submit only material that can be checked against sources.
• Do not submit other people's personal data, private documents, or secrets.
• User submissions enter drafts first and require moderation.
• Administrators may reject material without verifiable links or with participant risk.
