How to ask an FPGA question and get an answer

Include board, FPGA part, toolchain version, exact error, constraints, minimal code and what was already tested.

A good FPGA question names the board, exact FPGA part number, tool version, OS, programming cable, clock, constraints and smallest failing design. Include the first error in text, not only the final failure.
