iCEBreaker: where to start

Install the open iCE40 flow, run the LED example, verify PCF constraints and then add Pmod experiments.

iCEBreaker is a strong first board for open-source FPGA courses. Start with the documented open flow, keep the PCF file visible in code review, and add Pmods only after voltage and pinout checks.
